If you receive something from us that you do not like you may return it to us (exceptions: SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM MADE PENDANTS). In all cases the returned item must be unaltered and undamaged. We do not ship damaged goods, so if a pendant arrives damaged, save all wrappings and immediately contact the post office, since all of our packages travel insured.
IF THE PENDANT SIMPLY DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS:
Communicate (e-mail) to us IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT that the item did not suit your needs when it is received. You will be instructed as to how we want the item insured and mailed back. When we receive the undamaged pendant, the purchase price will then be refunded less postage, insurance, and credit card fees. Credits and/or refunds will be issued for undamaged and unaltered items within ten days of their return to us. We do not charge restocking fees for returns (postage, insurance, and credit card fees are not restocking fees), but we do want the returned merchandise back in a timely manner (14 days).
